Business Development Manager (Makati, Philippines)

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities: Pipeline building & generation, Managing pipeline & opportunities; and, closing sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish contacting potential clients to set up introductions and meetings

  • Qualifying opportunities in or out

  • Developing negotiating strategies and positions for opportunities

  • Planning and executing business development strategies

  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

  • Developing quotes and proposals


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-value selling of implementation and support of enterprise technologies

  • Knowledge in Enterprise/Corporate Sales, with the ability to sell and present to C-level stakeholders for high-value IT services

  • Background in Solution selling

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong closing, prospecting, sales planning, presentation and analytical skills

  • Self-starter personality
