Business Development Representative (Part-time)

Working out of B-EYES’s Dubai Internet City office, the Business Development Representative (BDR) shall play a key role in the growth of B-EYE’s startup branch in Dubai.


With a proven track record in the same capacity; and reporting to the Regional CEO, the BDR is responsible for driving growth by building a pipeline of qualified opportunities and driving said opportunities toward a closed sale. The BDR will set initial meetings and demonstrations with prospects. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating between the various personnel of B-EYE to furnish prospects with information that is required in order to drive the sale forward.


B-eye Solutions provides consulting, implementation and application lifecycle management to multinational customers. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen and has since grown to 60 staff+ in five (5) locations since its formation in 2006. The company has been a OneStream Partner since 2013 and a global Microsoft Partner since 2006.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is expected to build the client base of B-EYE in the Middle East region by identifying and pursuing qualified prospects. This will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and building organic pipeline within designated targets

  • Nurturing relationships with targeted prospects via various communications channels including social media and email

  • Leading prospect follow-up, arranging calls/meetings with prospects’ stakeholders and decision makers/influencers; and, managing multiple business development engagements

  • Documenting progress on calls/meetings with prospects set and attended, using B-EYE’s CRM system

  • Drive opportunities through the selling cycle with the objective of converting opportunities into B-EYE customers

  • Researching, analyzing and monitoring market, competitive and target industry factors to capitalize on business development opportunities


  • Proven track record in the same or similar role

  • Excellent written and communications skills

  • Extrovert & Energetic

  • Willing to call potential customers and follow up to increase the awareness of B-EYE and schedule
    presentation meetings for B-EYE

  • Willing to learn about the product and services that B-EYE offers the market

  • Experience with finance/IT/systems will be preferred

  • Must be a team player
